SUNDAY CI JAMs

Dear Dancers,

we invite you to SUNDAY CI JAMs which are happening every second and every last Sunday of the month in the beautiful Smíchov Community Space in Prague (Czechia), from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Our wish is to create a mutually nourishing space, a jointly held field where we can open to the intelligence of our bodies, explore and experience its creativity, movement possibilities, qualities and interconnectedness.

We see Contact Improvisation also as a practice where movement develops from listening to the body and from deeper bodily connection.
Contact with a partner is then an invitation to transfer this listening into a jointly created movement, while we remain autonomous beings at the same time. We will enter JAMs by bodily perceptive lead-in.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
- When: Second and Last Sunday of the month 6:30 PM– 9:00 PM
- Where: Community Space Smíchov, Na Doubkové 8/2040, Prague 5, Czechia
- Price: 300 CZK (+1 volunteer spot, send PM)

The space will be open at least 15 minutes in advance. We recommend coming early to have a time to arrive and attune. Please, bring comfortable clothing, ideally with long sleeves. We dance barefoot or in socks.
